This position will work with the Manager of Information Technology to provide IT resources & support for college faculty & staff, as well as the ISU campus as a whole. This involves service to 700 faculty, staff, and graduate assistants in nearly 275 offices throughout the college. Duties Of The Systems Analyst I Position Will Include • Working with other IT staff to resolve complex problems • Planning, developing, and documenting solutions to complex technological issues • Managing active directory and group policy • Internal server and application management • Indirectly supervising student employees In addition to the duties listed above, the Systems Analyst II will adapt and manage security policies for both daily and research/restricted use.
