Under general supervision, this position is responsible for independently monitoring, administering and maintaining the integrity of all billing and collection functions for assigned accounts for the WSLH. The incumbent performs a wide range of Billing and Collection duties requiring good judgment and initiative in the preparation and processing of a variety of fiscal documents (billings, postings, reports, and collections). This position could include working with both clinical and non-clinical accounts and their subsequent billing requirements. Responsibilities also include responding to customer questions, posting payments, follow up and collection of past due accounts. Standard work hours are 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
