Responsibilities include effectively communicating with other team members; creating, modifying, and disabling/terminating user access; ensuring all requests for access, approvals and changes are recorded; adapting to rapidly changing business needs and operational directives to deliver superior results; collaborating with other team members within the Information Security environment; prioritizing and managing assignments, tasks and projects to completion with minimal supervision; timely resolution of inquiries/request for access/support; document collection and tracking; assisting in conducting re-certification efforts; managing and supporting role-based controls to ensure appropriate access. Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills Knowledge normally acquired in the first two or three years of college, technical, vocational or business school such as an Associates Degree in computer technology or information systems, with coursework in an information technology specialization related to the area of employment; one to three years of experience in core security areas Identity and Access Control, Application Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Encryption, Governance and Risk Management, Legal Regulations and Compliance, Security Operations, Security Architecture and Design, or Network Security an information technology; or an equivalent combination of education and experience OR a Bachelors Degree in computer technology or information systems, with coursework in an information technology specialization related to the area of employment; up to six months of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in core security areas Identity and Access Control, Application Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Encryption, Governance and Risk Management, Legal Regulations and Compliance, Security Operations, Security Architecture and Design, or Network Security an information technology; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Desired Qualifications Strong comprehension of Access Management best practices including solution design and architecture; effective communication; experience working with business users in defining and reviewing business process security; experience performing internal control reviews and risk assessments for customers running IAM tools; experience with Privileged Access Management products and technologies.
